In the serene setting of St. Mary’s Lighthouse, this one-day meditation workshop, combines practical talks and guided meditation with the tranquil atmosphere of the sea, helping you reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate inner peace.
Learn how to purify past mistakes and present bad habits – to break free from negativity & move on to a happy, peaceful & positive future.
In this workshop we will learn about karma and the effective methods Buddha taught for purifying negativity completely.
Beginners welcome! This is unique opportunity for a profoundly peaceful and rejuvenating day, taking advantage of the lighthouse’s unique space and views.

Gen Kelsang Norden
Gen Norden is a Kadampa Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Compassion Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism and meditation across the US and the UK for over 30 years.
Gen Norden has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with students, which she presents with warmth and clarity.
