Taught by experienced visiting Teacher and Buddhist nun, Gen Chogma, this Buddhist workshop is designed to awaken the Bodhisattva hero within you.
Explore the core practices of loving-kindness, wisdom, and courage, as you learn how to transform daily life into the path to enlightenment.
Practical talks and guided meditations open to everyone. No experience necessary.
