Gratitude: The Happiness Superpower
Saturday 26 April | 10:00 – 13:00
Venue | Cullercoats Watch House, Front St, Cullercoats, North Shields NE30 4QB.
Gratitude is a kind of happiness superpower. It is a powerful tonic that uplifts the mind, enables us to enjoy our lives, and feel enriched, confident and optimistic.
Choosing gratitude is choosing to be happy. It’s not something we either have or don’t have – as we will learn on this course, we can deliberately cultivate gratitude until it becomes a strong, natural, habit that uplifts us every day.
Instead of focusing on the things that are wrong with our life, and of course we can all come up with a long list, we will learn how to pay attention to the things that are right and even genuinely amazing!
Guided meditations, practical talks and question and answer sessions.
Everyone is welcome – no experience necessary. Suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Beautiful coastal location. Tea and coffee provided in the break.
