Payment

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled event date.
• Cancellations received within the last six (6) weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total fees paid. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
• Deposits are now closed as we are close to the event date.
