Our retreats take place in silence in Roslagen’s beautiful nature north of Stockholm. Here there is plenty of time for meditation, contemplation and just being.

What can I expect?
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Most sessions are 60 minutes.
A pass includes an approx. 10-20 minutes long lecture with instructions, inspiration and encouragement linked to the overall “theme” of the retreat followed by an approx. 40 minutes of guided meditation.
In the shorter sessions, which are 30 minutes, there is no teaching, but the meditation is guided.
On the longer sessions, which are 75 minutes, there is the opportunity for Q&A. Since the retreat takes place in silence, the participants write their questions with paper and pen in advance.
All our retreats are in Swedish.
All participants are encouraged to give the course leader’s phone number to the next of kin. Mobile phones are collected at the start of the retreat but you can still be reached through the course leader in case of emergency.
Silence helps us focus and create more space for reflection.
All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are either vegan and gluten-free or vegetarian with a vegan and gluten-free option.
It depends on how many people choose a double/single room, but there are usually around 18-20 participants.
If you are unable to attend or become ill, you can always reschedule to another retreat free of charge.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than two months before the
retreat – The full fee is refunded
Cancellation no later than 14 days before the
retreat – 50% of the fee is refunded, or you can reschedule the retreat for a later date at no extra cost.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the
retreat – No refund of the fee.
However, it is possible to reschedule for a new retreat at no extra cost.
Please note that it is not possible to refund the fee from a rescheduled retreat regardless of how long before the cancellation takes place.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to our courses and retreats.
