Gen-la Dekyong’s last weekend course as General Spiritual Director at Manjushri KMC – not to be missed!
The Blessing Empowerment of Wisdom Buddha Manjushri with Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong
During this auspicious course, Gen-la Dekyong will teach how realising emptiness depends on developing deep faith in our Spiritual Guide, and share a special teaching about Ajatashatru that she received personally from Venerable Geshe-la to illustrate this. She will also teach on the connection between faith and wisdom from our heart prayer Request to the Holy Spiritual Guide Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche from his Faithful Disciples.
The Weekend Course will take place in the blessed Temple for World Peace set in the holy environment of Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre, the Mother Centre of Kadampa Buddhism, which is located in Ulverston in the beautiful Lake District, UK. It is open to everyone and suitable for all levels of experience.
Following this special weekend course, there will be an opportunity to engage in a short retreat.

Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong

Gen-la has been a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for nearly 40 years and holds the lineages of his blessings in her heart.
She is recognised as a fully qualified Teacher of Sutra and Tantra, and in particular is qualified to bestow the blessings of the Highest Yoga Tantra practices of Heruka and Vajrayogini.
She is an inspiring example
of a modern Kadampa disciple who relies sincerely upon her Spiritual Guide in all her actions.
Gen-la is greatly respected for the power and sincerity of her teachings and the warmth of her personality.
