The Path To Real Freedom
Sunday 8 February | 10:00 – 13:00
Teachings on the heart of the Buddhist path. With Resident Teacher, Gen Norden
This half day workshop comprises talks, guided meditation and discussion. Everyone is welcome – no experience necessary.
The Three Principal Aspects of the Path is a legendary brief poem composed 600 years ago by the extraordinary Spiritual Guide and founder of the New Kadampa lineage, Je Tsongkhapa. In merely 15 verses, Je Tsongkhapa distills the vastness of the Buddhist stages of the path to Enlightenment to three essential realizations.
Gaining experience of these three, renunciation, bodhichitta, and the wisdom realizing emptiness, will give us the psychological and spiritual tools we need to confidently and joyfully transform every aspect of our life into the perfect path to freedom – the freedom of liberation and finally, the freedom of enlightenment.
